At the helm of this venture is David Pille, a seasoned hospitality professional and local resident. With a wealth of experience in the industry, including his previous roles as General Manager at Besk and his five-year stint with Clancy's Fish Pub, Pille brings a wealth of knowledge to the table. Pille's inspiration stems from the multicultural nature of Marseille, a city known for its 100 distinct neighbourhoods. He aims to replicate this sense of community and familiarity in Inglewood, where locals can 'eat well, settle in, and feel part of something familiar'.
